Booking & cancellation policy

1. Making a booking

A booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit and send you a written confirmation. Deposit: [Confirm: percentage of the total] of the trip price. The balance is due [Confirm: number] days before the start of your trip.

2. Prices

Prices are in US dollars per person and include the items listed for each trip. Park and government fees are set by the Tanzanian authorities; if they change after you book, we may need to pass on the difference, and we will show you the official notice.

3. Cancellation by you

Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges: [Confirm: scale, e.g. by number of days before arrival].

4. Changes and cancellation by us

If we must change a significant part of your trip, we will offer an alternative of equal or higher standard or a refund of the affected part.

5. Travel insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical evacuation, and for Kilimanjaro trekking to 6,000 m, is required for all travellers.
